Participation terms
Review and accept these commitments before beginning your organization's assessment.
Before you begin
Before you begin, here's what SCORE commits to, and what you're acknowledging. Your assessment is confidential and yours; SCORE is a diagnostic tool, not professional advice.
Your assessment is confidential
The information you enter about your organization is held in confidence and used to produce your results. It is not disclosed to anyone outside your organization, and nothing identifiable to you is published or shared without your explicit consent.
You own your data and your results
The information you provide, and the results generated from it, belong to your organization. You can request a copy, or request that your assessment data be deleted, at any time.
How your data is handled
Your assessment is stored to generate and preserve your results over time. Access is limited to people authorized for your organization. If you ask for your data to be deleted, it will be removed, except where something must be retained to meet a legal obligation.
Results depend on what you enter
SCORE analyzes the information you provide. Its results are only as accurate as your inputs, and it does not independently verify what you enter. Honest, considered responses produce useful results; rushed or inaccurate ones do not.
SCORE is a tool, not professional advice
SCORE identifies organizational patterns and offers structured guidance. It is not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and it does not replace your board, your leadership, or a professional advisor. Decisions and their consequences remain yours.
Provided as is
SCORE is provided as is, without warranty. It is a structured diagnostic, not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
